To make sure your products are produced and delivered on time, here’s what you need to know!

–  This store is closed.

– All orders will be shipped on or about March 17, 2022.

– All orders will be shipped to White Plains HS and distributed by Class of 2023.

Additionally:

– Due to volatility in product inventory as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, some products may become unavailable (as of the store opening everything IS available except as noted). If there are any products that become unavailable you will be notified and the charges will be refunded.

– All items are custom made and can not be refunded or returned unless defective – please double-check size and customization before placing an order

– All sales are final

POLÍTICAS DE REEMBOLSOS, DEVOLUCIONES Y CANCELACIÓN:

Si no está completamente satisfecho con su compra dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega de su artículo, puede procesar su devolución para obtener un reembolso completo (menos el cargo de envío) o intercambio.  Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables. Todos los productos deben ser devueltos en su estado original, sin usar y sin lavar, con una copia del formulario de devolución/cambio y el motivo de la devolución incluido. Antes de realizar el pedido, le sugerimos que consulte la información dada en el gráfico de tallas, de esa manera podemos minimizar los intercambios. Sin embargo, si no está completamente satisfecho con la talla o el artículo que compró y desea cambiarlo dentro de los 14 días posteriores desde que recibió los productos, simplemente envíenoslo junto con este formulario de devolución/cambio.

– Ship date on the store page is estimated – Orders will be filled immediately, and will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

– Tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service).

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your item, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charge).  Shipping charges are not refundable. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with a copy of the return/exchange form and the reason for return included. Click here for our full return policy.

EXCHANGES:

Prior to ordering, we suggest that you check the sizing chart in order to minimize exchanges.  However, If you are not completely satisfied with the size or item that you purchased and you would like to exchange it within 14 days of receipt of the product, simply send it back to us along with this return/exchange form.
